Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions clients ask

Call us today at 731-668-4878 or submit your case online for evaluation. One of our attorneys will review your information and determine if we might be able to help you. We will then contact you to setup an appointment to meet with the attorney and discuss your case if we think we may be able to represent you. It is important that you contact an attorney early because the law limits the time you have to file a lawsuit. If you miss the deadline to file, you may be unable to recover for your injuries.
We handle most of our cases on a contingent fee basis. This means you don’t owe us a fee unless we get you a recovery. Our fees for personal injury cases range from 1/3 to 40 percent, depending on the complexity of the case. Fees for Social Security Disability cases generally run 25 percent of back benefits up to a maximum of $6,000 for the first ALJ hearing. We charge a fee of 20 percent of the recovery in workers’ compensation cases.
In some cases, like workers’ compensation future medical benefits, the judge can order the defendant to pay your attorney’s fees if you win.
If you have more questions about fees or would like a free case evaluation, contact us today.
Of course, we can’t tell you if you have a case until we meet with you and get more information about your situation, but you should know this: waiting to meet with a lawyer is rarely helpful to your case. The insurance companies start their investigations soon after you are injured. They begin collecting evidence and looking for ways to deny your case right from the start.
A good personal injury lawyer helps you make sure that evidence is not destroyed, whether it might be body cam footage, store surveillance video, or someone’s home security camera. We work to make sure that all relevant evidence is saved so we can use it to make a demand on the insurance company or present your case at trial.
